HEBAN Technology

Wireframe technology has been known for a very long time. Most houses in Norway and Sweden are built in the skeleton. However, not only in Scandinavia, but also in Western Europe (Germany, France, Belgium), more and more houses are built in this technology. In Poland, building a house made of wood is also becoming more popular every year.

The skeletal structure of the Ebony HOUSES enables a very efficient construction process, from driving a shovel to moving into decorated interiors. Frame houses also mean big savings for their owners. HEBAN are energy-efficient and ecological houses with a guarantee of comfort and quality of life.

Our technical and human resources use proven construction methods, harmonizing economy with ecology. Very tight construction eliminating thermal bridges, warm foundation plate, external wall with a heat transfer coefficient of max. U = 0.12 W / m2xK, energy-saving triple-glazed windows and a properly selected and constructed heating system guarantee warmth and extremely low maintenance costs for each house.

House building technology

The great advantage of prefabricated construction is the speed and accuracy of implementation. A house made of wood in this type of construction is built on a turnkey basis in three months. Structural timber walls, ceilings and a roof truss are prepared in the factory. After being brought to the construction site, all ready-made elements are mounted on a previously prepared foundation.
